The general terms and conditions of Choco Story Brussels must be validated to confirm the reservation. 

This agreement constitutes your signature and is contractually binding.

Reservations are made by e-mail. The reservation must still be validated (subject to availability) by Choco-Story Brussels who will send you a confirmation voucher by email.

Payment: will be made either on the day, in cash or by credit card; or after the visit, by bank transfer only, on the basis of the invoice drawn up in accordance with the details in this document. 

Invoices are deemed to have been accepted if they have not been protested in writing, stating the reasons, within 7 days of being issued. 

All invoices are payable within 10 days of receipt. In the event of late payment, an initial reminder will be sent. In the event of failure to respond, this reminder will be followed by a formal notice and subject to the application of penalties. 

Payments by cheque are not accepted. 

In case of delay: we cannot guarantee that the visit will run smoothly. In the case of a guided tour, the guide will wait for the group for 1/4 hour, after which time we cannot guarantee that the tour will be completed.

Choco Story Brussels Cancellation policy

40% of the total amount to be paid in the event of cancellation less than 48 hours before the visit. 

The invoice will be issued on the basis of the information given in this document. 

Choco Story Brussels Postponement conditions

Postponements are possible with a minimum of 5 working days' notice before the visit. 

A museum must be visited with respect for the premises and other visitors. We ask all visitors to respect the scenography, the objects on display and the staff. It is forbidden to enter areas reserved for staff without having been invited to do so. Drinks and food are not permitted inside the building. 

Tastings will be available during the tour. These are to be consumed on site only. 

The privacy policy and the RGPD can be consulted on our website. 

The information collected on this form is collected and recorded in a computer file by Choco Story Brussels for the administration and management of its customers and also in order to validate your reservation for a visit or activity within Choco Story Brussels. 

All the litigations between the parts concerning the interpretation or the execution of the conventions concern the exclusive competence of the competent courts for the place of the head office of Choco Story Brussels.

 

Itinéraires SH Cancellation & postponement policy

Itinéraires SH will apply these rates and cancellation conditions to the customer. 

  • CANCELLATION

50% of the total amount payable if the cancellation is made 15 working days before the event

75% of the total amount payable if the cancellation is made 10 working days before the event

100% of the total amount payable if the cancellation is made 7 working days before the event

 

  • POSTPONEMENT

50% of the total amount payable if the postponement is made 10 working days before the event


75% of the total amount payable if the postponement is made 5 working days before the event


100% of the total amount payable if the postponement takes place the day before the performance
